It is based on 24% organic milk protein and 67% carbohydrates.
To be used during and after muscle building exercises.

Preparation and use

For 250 ml protein drink, mix 50g powder (4 scoops) with 200 ml water or milk.
Take 1-3 servings (0.2-0.6g protein/kg body weight) per day during the muscle building period.
Use during muscle training or within 30min-3h after exercise.
Drink plenty of water.
Use as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
