Preparation and use

Dissolve 7 tablespoons (79g) of the drink in 500ml of water.
Drink 150-250ml every 15 minutes before and during exercise.
Can be started 3 days before exercise to optimise hydration and glycogen storage, or 3h to 1h30min before exercise to maintain hydration and energy stores.
Use as a complement to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

Composition

Maltodextrin, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural flavour, sodium citrate, colour: carotenes, sodium chloride, vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin B1, zinc sulphate.
May contain: milk, soya, gluten particles.
