BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART RATE MEASUREMENTS

When used correctly, this smart upper arm blood pressure monitor provides blood pressure and heart rate measurements. You can take one measurement at a time or three consecutive measurements and get an average result.

This compact, versatile device has a built-in display that allows you to see your measurements at a glance. The adjustable wristband fits a variety of hands, from 22 to 42 cm (9 to 17 inches) circumference, and folds easily for storage or travel.

ADDITIONAL GARMIN CONNECT SYNCHRONISATION

You can use the Index BPM as a standalone device or synchronise your measurements with your Garmin Connect account via Wi-Fi technology. Then view your measurements, add notes and see history and trends alongside your other data in the Garmin Connect app set up on your compatible ^smartphone2.

SHARE REPORTS

If you sync your measurements to your Garmin Connect account, you can view 7-day, 4-week and 1-year reports in the app and export them as PDFs.

SET REMINDERS

You can set reminders to take your blood pressure using the Garmin Connect app and notifications enabled on a compatible smartphone.

UP TO 16 USERS

With Garmin Connect, you can create up to 16 user profiles to track individual measurements on your Index BPM device. Each user can also sync their Garmin Connect account and view their own ^{measurements2}.

BATTERY LIFE

Get up to 9 months of battery life with the 4 included AAA batteries and easily replace them when needed.
