Isostar Ecosize Hydrate & Perform Orange isotonic electrolyte drink powder is designed to provide athletes with the necessary amount of fluid, energy and micronutrients before, during and after exercise. The special isotonic formula ensures faster fluid absorption. Drinking before exercise will ensure you have the fluid reserves you need.

Fluid intake during exercise will help improve performance and endurance, reducing the risk of gastrointestinal problems. Taking the product after exercise will ensure a better recovery process. Preparation and use

Dissolve 3 scoops of powder in 500 ml of water.
It is recommended to drink it during the warm-up (150 to 300 ml) and regularly during and after training (150 ml every 15 minutes).
Ideal for prolonged and intense exercise up to 2h.
Use as a complement to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.

Sucrose, glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, maltodextrin, natural orange flavouring with other natural flavourings, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium carbonate, sodium chloride, flavour enhancer: potassium chloride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, colour: carotenoid, vitamin B1.
