It contains simple and complex carbohydrates to provide the energy you need during long workouts.
The energy bar is rich in vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin PP, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin E, which help convert nutrients into energy during exercise and protect the body’s cells from the effects of free radicals.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the formation of red blood cells.
They play an important role in getting oxygen to muscle tissue.
