The protein (25%) helps to preserve and rebuild muscles after intense exercise.
The carbohydrates help replenish depleted glycogen reserves.
The protein bar also contains vitamins B1, B2, PP, E and C. Vitamin B6 helps to ensure optimal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamins C, B2, PP and B6 help reduce fatigue and weakness.
