RETURN OF GOODS

If you have received a non-conforming product, you have the right to send it back to us. In the case of a right of withdrawal, the return of the goods is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt).

When returning goods, you must comply with the following return policy:
1) The goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging;
2) The goods must not have been damaged by the buyer;
3) The goods must not have been used, lost their original appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn, etc.). This point does not apply in the case of returns of poor quality;
4) The goods to be returned must be in the same condition as when they were received by the Buyer;

The buyer must pay the direct costs of returning the goods if the 14-day right of withdrawal is exercised.
