Preparation and use
Mix one serving (50g or 4 scoops) with 250ml water or milk.
Take 30min to 3h after exercise.
Use as a supplement to a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
Composition
Skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup, sugar, hydrolysed wheat protein, low-fat cocoa powder 4.4% (emulsifier: sunflower lecithins), flavourings (colour: E150c), magnesium carbonate, sodium chloride, vitamin C and vitamin E(milk proteins), vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 and vitamin PP (niacin).
