Isostar Cereal Max Energy Hazelnut Chocolate energy bar with chocolate and hazelnut flavour is designed to provide the nutrients an athlete needs.
The 16% protein helps maintain muscle mass, 60% simple and complex carbohydrates provide the body with the energy it needs and 23% lipids provide extra energy during prolonged exercise.
The energy bar contains a rich dose of vitamins – vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin PP, vitamin B6, vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamins C, B2, PP and P6 help to reduce fatigue.
Vitamins B1, PP and B6 help the body to convert nutrients into energy.
Vitamins C, E and B2 help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Vitamin B6 promotes the production of red blood cells, which are important for the oxidation of tissues, including muscle tissue.

Use

This cereal bar provides the nutrients your body needs to stave off hunger.
It is recommended before exercise.
Suitable for intense and/or prolonged exercise such as hiking, mountain biking, etc. (>1h 30min).
